Why Winners Always Win And Losers Always Lose
Why does it seem like some people always come out on top?
They dominate in a lot of different areas and everything just seems to go their way.
And why are certain individuals unable to catch a break and always get the short end of the stick?
Does it just boil down to luck and genetics? Maybe.
However, I believe there are additional factors at play here.
Let’s explore some of them to gain a better and more nuanced understanding of why some people just keep succeeding and why others keep failing.
And more importantly, I’ll show you the way to use all of that information to your advantage.

Comfort Will Ruin Your Life
Переглядів 2,6 млн2 роки тому
We usually avoid difficulty whenever we can, but I try to do something difficult every single day. In this video, I’ll explain the three main reasons behind why I’ve chosen this approach. And it all starts with the comfort zone. When we're in our comfort zones, we're not pushing ourselves. At the first glance, there seems to be nothing wrong with that. Why would we voluntarily put ourselves in ...

I Increased My Productivity 10x - By Turning My Life Into a Game

When I was younger I used to play a lot of video games. But as I grew older, they started taking too much time from my other activities. For this reason, I started to gradually reduce the time I spent playing them, until I eventually quit. But recently, I decided to incorporate some more down time into my schedule. And I gave video games another shot. This is when I remembered just how fun vide...

What They Don't Teach You About Money & Happiness

And hopefully you'll be able to answer those questions for yourself. Sources: 75k mark: www.pnas.org/content/107/38/...

The all nighter's are honestly the worst advice especially if you have deadlines or commitments. I ended up oversleeping and was still tired the next day. So i lost 2 days of productivity. Went to bed early on the 2nd night but couldn't sleep for like 6 hours which took me beyond my usual schedule. Exhausted again on the 3rd day since i only slept 5-6 hours and finding it hard to be productive, so 3 days just wasted for nothing and back to the same exact schedule, but worse, I'm also sleep deprived and unproductive

When I was a child there were 4 admissions terms per year, starting in September after the 6 weeks holiday. So the youngest in class were this born in the summer before the start of September. By the time my eldest went to school in the early 80s, it was changed to only two admissions per year. September and January. Then by the time my younger sons started it was reduced even more to only one block of admissions a year from September. Abandoning 3 admission terms per year made a huge negative impact on a lot of children who have since been wrongly deemed to have learning difficulties.

comfort zone is shrinking? that's just great, I really needed that piece of information to become more panicked. I don't think that is shrinking, but actually expectations from others rise as you get older, you MUST be smarter, have more stuff, etc. so if you don't go up, it is the same as going down or regressing.
